2003 Unitech Consulting, LLC
In 2003, Unitech Consulting, LLC establishes Chameleon Integrated Services.
2004 Classified Clearance
In 2004, we were sponsored for classified clearance and were awarded our first U.S. Government subcontract. Awarding agency: U.S. Department of Agriculture.
2005 SBA 8(a) Certification
In 2005, we received our SBA 8(a) Certification and were awarded our first prime TS contract.
2006 State Government Contract
In 2006, we were awarded our first state government support contract.
2007 USDA Contract
In 2007, we were awarded our first prime contract based in Washington, DC for USDA, and we expanded to over 100 full time employees.
2009 U.S. Expansion
In 2009, we expanded our U.S. operations to Fort Knox, KY; Columbus, OH; Denver, CO; and Salt Lake City, UT.
2010 Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Companies
In 2010, we were added to the list of Inc. Magazine’s 5000 – America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies.
2011 Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Companies
In 2011, we won again! Inc. Magazine’s 5000 – America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies.
2011 GSA 8(a) STARS II
In 2011, we were awarded the GSA 8(a) STARS II classification for small disadvantaged business.
2012 New St. Louis Headquarters
In 2012, we opened our new 27,000 sqft corporate headquarters facility.
2014 DISA IT Enterprise Support Services
In 2014, we earned a DISA IT Enterprise Support Services (DESS) prime contract with a value of $404M IDIQ.
2015 DISANet Operations Support
In 2015, we earned over $90M in DISA DESS task orders as a prime. We expanded our operations to open new offices in Washington, D.C., and Montgomery, AL.

One more time! 2016 earned us our 3rd placement on Inc. Magazine’s 5000 – America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies list.

In 2018, we entered into a Mentor-Protégé relationship with IBM.
2018 ARMY CAC OMNIBUS MDC Award
In 2018, we received the ARMY CAC OMIBUS MDC award performing Software Development and System Administration services.
2018 Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Companies
Our 5th placement on Inc. Magazine’s 5000 list of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies. took place in 2018.
2019 St. Louis Business of the Year
In 2019, Chameleon Integrated Services was named a 2019 St. Louis Business of the Year in Information Technology by the Office of Mayor Lyda Krewson in recognition of Chameleon’s significant contributions to furthering economic development in the City of St. Louis.
2019 ARMY AAG SITS Award
In 2019, we received the ARMY AAG SITS award performing Systems Engineering, Server, and SharePoint Administration services.
2021 Miami Chameleon Joint Venture
In 2021, Chameleon entered into a joint venture with MNE (Miami Nation Enterprises) – Miami Chameleon. Miami Chameleon allows our customers access to super 8(a) procurements and provides a comprehensive collection of capabilities.
2022 CIS Insurance Services
In 2022, CIS Insurance Services practice was established to serve P&C Insurance market.
2023 Duck Creek Partnership
In 2023, we entered into a partnership relationship with Duck Creek Technologies, expanding our CIS Insurance Services capabilities.
