SCCM Engineer (Software Packaging) Location: Fort Meade, MD You Must have an existing/active Top Secret clearance to be considered. Position Overview: The SCCM engineer works at Fort Meade and supports a large federal agency's Software Release and Deployment team. The Engineer will perform Release and Deployment duties to support to a world-wide network. Description: The SCCM engineer will work on a Release and Deployment team required to package software using SCCM and PowerShell scripting. Position Description Position: Systems Administrator Job Purpose: Support client by providing senior level Storage Engineering and Systems Administration Support, with a concentration on NetApp and VMware in a Windows Server 2008/2012 environment. Job Duties Include: *Provides tier two technical support and troubleshooting assistance. *VMware, VCenter and Sphere management, including provisioning VM clones and templates, creation of VMFS datastores, physical server consolidation, ESXi upgrades, patching and STIG implementation. *Responsible for virtual systems and storage on NIPR/SIPR networks; storage management; user CIFS shares and snapshot management, Oracle database LUNs VMware SAN data management. *Manages, updates, and maintains Windows 2K8 and 2K12 servers. *Responsible for system administration, building and hardening workstations per STIG/SCAP and securing network printers. *Interfaces with multiple levels of users to include VIPs, Management, and end users. *Supports IAVA patching requirements for servers and systems under management. *Engineer and maintain COOP site. *Assists with weekly and monthly reporting on administration and maintenance activities.
