President & CEO

Jeff has nearly four decades of experience in the IT Services industry. In addition, he possesses comprehensive experience including customer focus, strategic approach, implementation & Innovation strategy. As one of the original founders of Chameleon, Jeff has led the transformation of the company to a World Wide services provider for various Government Agencies including the Department of Defense. Jeff also leads the effort to expand our services using best practices in other public and private commercial industries.

Mary Burgess
Chief Operating Officer

With over 18 years in various aspects of Government contracting, Mary possesses extensive experience including Business Development, Contracting, Operations and customer support. Mary is responsible for all business development activities/sales, operations of all contracts, development of contract pricing strategies and proposals, management and execution of customer contracts, recruitment, and the growth of existing contracts with clients and government agencies.

Ryan Kelley
Chief Information Officer

Ryan has spent 15 years in various IT services roles, developing skills in Help Desk Support, System Administration, Cyber Security, as well as Industrial Security. He leverages this experience to ensure Chameleon’s IT infrastructure is dependable and its security requirements are met.

Mark Doherty
Chief Revenue Officer

With over 40 years in the IT services industry, Mark is a senior manager with a proven record of accomplishments. Mark has experience in sales, management and support, team member recruitment and development, financial management, and customer relations.

Val Tarakanov
Chief Technology Officer

Val has deep technical knowledge to lead technical teams through implementation and support of small and large systems. His focus is on understanding business needs and implementing appropriate architecture, infrastructure, business rules configuration, security, and integrations. Val has a passion for solving performance and stabilization issues.

Meladee Maggos
Vice President of Finance

Meladee (Mel) has over 30 years of experience in Administration, Leadership, Organization, and various responsibilities relating to Finance and Accounting. Mel is responsible for the oversight of all accounting operations including strategic planning, cash flow, accounts payables and receivables; as well as all aspects relating to financial and tax reporting.

Having spent her entire career working in the IT services industry, Jane is very experienced in creating and integrating processes and procedures to automate and streamline administrative tasks. Jane is responsible for all aspects of human resources.
