The candidate will join a team of security and non-security engineers in developing exciting new products and supporting existing products. Project Manager

Project Manager for an Oracle ERP implementation Serves as the Project Manager for a complex implementation of a vendor software. Assists the COO, CTO and Director of IT in working with vendor implementation resources, technical team and business representatives. Responsible for the overall management of the contractual deliverables and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner. Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning work schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinate personnel. Performs enterprise-wide horizontal integration planning and interfaces to other functional systems. Ensures business end-user acceptance of new applications. Manages selected software implementation vendor. Ensures subordinate personnel are fully engaged and fulfilling their responsibilities alongside the vendor. Education/Experience: Bachelor #39;s degree in Computer Information Systems or Business Administration; Master #39;s Degree is preferred. 10 years or more experience performing project management support services in a supervisory and/or leadership role. 5 years or more experience managing implementations of vendor software, preferably Oracle Financials. Clearance and Certification: Must pass a public trust background check; Must be Project Management Professional (PMP) certified; Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification is preferred.
