How We Deliver
We monitor the performance of all Programs through the deployment of our mature Program Management Office (PMO), a collection of current Chameleon Integrated Services (Chameleon) corporate employees with specific value-added skills that leverage repeatable processes to limit risk in Chameleon’s ability to meet or exceed performance standards. Our PMI-credentialed Program Managers monitor and control their programs ensuring tight tolerances within scope, schedule, and cost. Our DCAA compliant estimating and accounting systems and Depart of Labor approved recruiting systems provide us the ability to estimate and price the work we pursue correctly with resources that possess the required skills to perform the work. Our PMO track record has been documented and validated by our Federal customers through CPARS at “Exceptional” and “Very Good” ratings.

We believe the best resources are those who have demonstrated outstanding performance. Our recruiting processes are designed at qualifying and addressing only the highest performers.
We measure Chameleon-produced deliverables against service level agreements and key performance indicators to ensure Acceptable Quality Levels are met and the high standard of Chameleon performance is achieved. We seek out opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, reduce cost, and improve operational efficiency to provide an environment focused on continual service improvement.
We believe that Executive Management should be visible and active in the Management of our Programs to provide accountability and our customers an operational model for success. Our PMO includes the assignment of an Executive Sponsor for all Chameleon programs, responsible for monitoring each Program and Quality Assurance Manager.
