Jeff Kelley, one of the original co-founders of the company, is the Chief Executive Officer of Chameleon Integrated Services. Jeff has over 27 years of experience in the Information Technology Industry including IT Consulting & Services, business development, program management, and all phases of the systems development life cycle. Prior to Chameleon Integrated Services, Jeff was a co-founder and owner of Interlock Resources, Inc. and Advanced Resources, LLC. He has substantial experience supporting many market segments including Federal & State Government, commercial, and not for profit organizations. In addition to his management and IT experience, Jeff possesses an MBA, BS Business Administration, BS Information Technology, and an AS in Computer Information Systems.

Drew is co-founder, President, and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Chameleon Integrated Services. His background is focused on achieving customer satisfaction and retention goals - regionally and nationally. His experience includes the development and management of consulting practices associated with Information Technology Staff Augmentation, Software Development, and Managed Project solutions. He and his partner, Jeff Kelley, have built the company\'s infrastructure to service customers in the Federal (DoD and Civilian) and State Government, Commercial, and Non-profit sectors. The company received HUBZone certification in 2003 and 8(a) certification in 2004. Drew possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems and Marketing from Southwest Missouri State University and a Master of Business Degree (MBA) from Washington University with an emphasis in Management and Strategy. He possesses strong communication skills that have resulted in ease of building and maintaining long-term relationships.
