Seamless Service Transition

Chameleon Integrated Services employs a documented "Transition Process" and a highly refined transition methodology designed to easily move incumbent contractors to the services of the Chameleon team. Our transition processes involve:

  • Meeting with government personnel to discuss viability of all incumbent personnel
  • Interview designated personnel (off-site and off-hours)
  • Seamlessly transition incumbents without service interruption
  • Mitigate risk and issues through careful analysis
  • Document evaluations
  • Fill remaining positions with qualified candidates from our extensive network

Our methodology consists of the following steps:

  • Employee data is collected through our web based data entry system
  • Transitional employees go through a comprehensive company orientation
  • Compensation packages are issued including consideration for paid time off
  • All transitioned Chameleon team members are instructed about expectation and given a communication plan overview

This process creates a seamless transition for new incumbents and increases the quality of services exponentially through the new working model deployed by Chameleon.
